2. Membership and Payments
2.1. Membership fees must be paid in advance according to the agreed billing cycle.
2.2. Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of memberships unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
2.3. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of access.
3. Facility Usage
3.1. Users are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of their workspace.
3.2. Equipment and facilities provided by the co-working space must be used responsibly. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
3.3. Personal items left unattended are at the user’s own risk; the co-working space is not liable for loss or theft.
4. Booking and Access
4.1. Conference rooms, meeting spaces, or other bookable areas must be reserved in advance.
4.2. Overstaying the allocated booking time may result in additional charges.
4.3. Access to the space is restricted to the operating hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Internet and Technology
5.1. Users must not engage in illegal or unethical activities while using the internet provided by the co-working space.
5.2. Excessive bandwidth usage that disrupts the network may result in restrictions.
6. Termination and Suspension
6.1. The co-working space reserves the right to terminate or suspend memberships for violations of these terms or other policies.
6.2. Any unused access after termination is non-refundable.
7. Liability
7.1. The co-working space is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages occurring within the premises unless due to gross negligence.
7.2. Members are responsible for insuring their own property and business operations.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
8.1. The co-working space will make reasonable efforts to protect members’ privacy and data.
8.2. Members are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared within the space.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1. These terms may be updated periodically, and users will be informed of any changes. Continued use of the space implies acceptance of updated terms.
